This vintage is precocious, the white grapes were picked up from the 21st to the 26th of August, the merlot from the 11th to the 19th of september.

Because of the frost during the spring, we lost 30% of the production

we think that we will finish the harvest before the end of september

We pick up the sauvignon and the semilion from the 5th to the 12th of september in the best conditions: no botrytis and a good maturity.

 

For this vintage we invest for a new airbag press and temperature control in the cellar, therefore we will increase the quality of our wines.
